Coming: 25 Mai Kafer Treffen

The 1st of May is traditional the day for the Mai Kafer Treffen in Hannover. This show starts the day before at Mell's diner with a spectacular Mai Cruise Madness organized by the DFL Callook club. Lots of cars from Germany, Denmark and Holland will come to join this event. Offcourse we will also visit this great show after our last year impression. 2nd Dub Inn - Arnhem

Last Sunday we drove to Arnhem to visit my Dad and offcourse the 2nd Dub inn. This is a combined air & watercooled meeting and this year we had a nice # of aircooled rides who visit the show. Check the pictures in my album for a small impression.

Vollgas Cruise Night Veenendaal

Saturday the 12th of April 2008 was the 1st year anniversary of the original Dutch Callook Club named "Der Volgass Kreuzers". A nice number of beatifull cars with big engines come to the parking place of the Burger King in Veenendaal. I also saw the red 54 Oval from Roger for the first time in real life and this car looks really great. Great job Roger!!

Volksworld 2008: The Movie!!

Again a very nice movie from my friend Niels a.k.a Airmighty which he made during his stay at the Volksworld Show. This gives you a very good impression of the show in only 10 minutes. Hope you enjoy the movie as much as I did.

Volksworld Show 2008

The last weekend in March 2008 was the start of the new Aircooled VW season in the UK. Its almost a tradition to work al year on your car and finally bring it to this show to introduce your hard work to the many people who visit this show. And they come from all over Europe. Unfortunately I couldn't make it this year and I feel very bad about this after all the pictures I have seen. So many perfect looking cars in one show, this most be a dream. Also Congrats to John who won a top 20 award. In my opinion the most beautiful looking award you can win. John, again respect!! Your bus deserves it!!
